You are attempting to use the Greg's Buttons and Kaleidoscope control panels at the same time. If you want to use Kaleidoscope, you must disable Greg's Buttons. (Kaleidoscope does everything that Greg's Buttons does, so you no longer need Greg's Buttons.)
